ISWS CH, UKC Ch Starfyre KoroitOpal@InPhenite joined us in July 2013.  Her daddy Dior is a beauty & one of the top lure coursers in the breed; her mom is no slouch as well. She quickly got the big Greyhound wrapped around her dew claw & likes to be in charge.

Although Opa! has had great success in the conformation ring - winning several specialty Awards of Merit in addition to her ISWS Ch, she was a bit uncertain in the field and opted to retire young for more snuggling with her man.

For those of you with no Greek background, Opa! is a Greek word that may be used as an ‘Exclamation’ or ‘Affirmation’ of celebration, another way of expressing joy and gratitude. It is a humorous affirmation that you’re the best; that you’re where you’re supposed to be; and that you need to stop and celebrate . . . it can be many things.  Opa! is all of these.
