UKC Ch InPhenite's QwickaCrossland ASFA FCh came to me from Crossland Farm in Missouri.  From the 1st photo her breeder sent, I knew that puppy was my Wicka. Although registered with both UKC & AKC, she is 100% NGA.  We follow her siblings professional racing careers & their owners keep tabs on her success as well.

Miss Wicka was a tiny thing (~50lbs), which likely helped with her agility on the field, but she was also wicked fast.   She rarely lost breed at lure coursing events and won Best in Field on every occasion I entered her.  At the 2015 ASFA II she won the Mike Lorenzo Trophy (Saturday), the Fantasy Trophy (Sunday), and the Heart of the Hunter Award for highest scoring NGA Greyhound.  Unfortunately she was injured in the finals & could not compete for BIF.  Those long toes proved to be her nemesis and led to an early semi-retirement ... except for the occasional LGRA day.

She made me proud in conformation competition as well by earning her UKC Ch in one weekend.  She was even placed Reserve Best in Show.  In AKC she was just short one major from that elusive & unlikely title; the tiny girl doesn't look much like an AKC Greyhound.

Most of all she made me proud as mother to my Orca Pod of Greyhound puppies.
